IPSC is fun, but...
... as Bethke observed earlier today, these aren't the typical competitors.

Most of the women who participate are much prettier.

The question is whether their equipment belongs in the open division, where pretty much any modification is allowed, or whether their equipment would meet the factory division rules -- ie, no aftermarket modification, basically as shipped from the factory.

I suspect there are some after-market mods, but there's not enough detail in the photo...

I clicked on a link to this on sportshooter.com a while back, and triggered the "Adult Content" filter on the firewall here at work. My theory is, the filter thought the URL said "Sports Hooter". ;)
